Come and enjoy the spectacle, from the morning, in a beautiful mood
- invites fans the race director Jana Palovičová to the World Cup in Jasná.
Giant slalom and slalom, whose track Vlhová could try from start to finish before tonight's evening slalom in Flachau, Austria, will take place under Chopok this weekend (January 20-21).
The track is already prepared for the race; today, after undergoing watering, it had a bit of rest. "We have prepared it specifically for the World Cup. So that it is compact, hard, beautiful, and amazing. Ready for Peťa, but also for the other participants in the race," revealed Palovičová. They will work on it again from Wednesday. "We had to finish the watering at once. So that one track wouldn't freeze longer than another," explained Palovičová.
Despite the fact that the organizers learned about the possibility of organizing the World Cup in Jasná for the third time (after 2016 and 2021) only about three-quarters of a year before the start itself, most things at the event venue are already prepared. "A few things still need to be completed, but thanks to the organization of the previous two years, we were able to prepare better than in the past. We can reassure visitors that everything will be ready by the start," concluded Palovičová.
