The Audi FIS SKI World Cup in Jasna is rapidly approaching, but we would like to remind you that the participation of the world's best skiers under Chopok by no means implies that the public won't have the opportunity to ski during the penultimate weekend of January in the new year (20th - 21st).
Quite the opposite, in fact. The resort will remain open throughout the competitive weekend, allowing you to confidently embark on an unforgettable skiing experience framed by the largest sports event in Slovakia in 2024.
Only three slopes will be closed to the public from January 12th to 22nd: Petra Vlhova, Majstrovská, and from January 18th, also Biela Púť. All the other slopes remain available to skiers. In total, there are 45 km of ski slopes on both the northern and southern sides of Chopok, so winter sports enthusiasts need not worry about missing out on skiing because of the World Cup.
