Tickets

From 10.10.2023 10:00 am (on the websites: worldcupjasna.sk and jasna.sk).

On the websites: worldcupjasna.sk and jasna.sk. Event tickets and parking will be sold while stocks last.

Every customer can buy a maximum of ten (10) event tickets and/or a maximum of ten (10) parking tickets per order.

There will be:

• Public,
• VIP Silver and
• VIP Gold tickets.

Children younger than 6 years can enter the event for free if they are accompanied by a parent with a purchased ticket, children aged 6 – 11.99 years can have discounted tickets.

All tickets sold from 10.10.2023 are standing tickets. Their holders can use natural stands on the ski piste opposite the finish area or stand in the area of Priehyba from where the whole slalom course and almost the whole giant slalom course can be seen.

There won’t be any seating tickets in the venue. A grandstand for a limited number of VIP standing tickets will be located in the finish area.

If you register as a GOPASS programme member, you can buy the tickets at better prices.

Yes, the tickets will be personalised. Every ticket will include the identification details of its holder (name and surname) and is non-transferable from the moment it is purchased. The TMR company reserves the right to check if non-transferable tickets are not misused at the venue during the event.

No, there is no age limit at the event.

Yes, you can if you enter the name of the recipient. Advance tickets are sold only online and are sent electronically, so they can be downloaded as emails or to the Apple Wallet.

Tickets purchased online have to be paid by using a payment gateway.

After a service distance contract is concluded (i.e. once a ticket and/or parking is purchased), the respective customer is not entitled to withdraw from their contract. Read more in the GTC.

If the event is rescheduled by the organiser or authorised FIS representatives due to bad weather conditions or other reasons, the event tickets and parking tickets are valid also on the substitute day, i.e. on 22.1.2024. If the event is rescheduled, the event and/or parking ticket price cannot be paid back and no customer is entitled to be compensated financially or non-financially in such a case.

If FIS decides to cancel the event after the so-called snow check by 11.1.2024 (including), the paid event and/or parking ticket price shall be returned to individual customers. If the event is cancelled on 12.1.2024 or later (mainly, but not only, due to bad weather or other force majeure reasons (war, state of war,

epidemic, pandemic etc. or if decided by FIS), the paid event ticket and/or parking price shall not be returned to individual customers and they are not entitled to be compensated financially or no-financially ins such a case. Customers who have purchased VIP SILVER or VIP GOLD tickets can use the services that their tickets entitle them to if the event is cancelled and if the weather is not that bad that it could endanger the life or health or if respective public authorities allow so).

The ticket prices are FLEXIBLE (i.e. they can differ depending on the time of purchase) and the number of event tickets and parking tickets is LIMITED.
